  • During “Checkout" you will be provided with shipping options with costs automatically calculated.
  • Orders placed online before 2:00 pm on a business day (with no credit or shipping issues) will be processed and shipped that same day.
  • Orders placed via phone or fax are processed and shipped the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via fax or e-mail when your order ships (and tracking information from UPS within 24 hours of shipment)
  • Please note that once an order has been processed or has shipped, it cannot be changed.
  • To track your order, click the my account/order status link at the top right hand side of our site.
  • Please inspect all deliveries promptly. If any items are missing, damaged or incorrect, you must notify our customer service within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt.
  • If you believe that items are missing, please first track your order to make sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
  • If your order has multiple packages and they all show  "delivered" status, then  contact our customer service for assistance.

The pricing seen online is the discounted "web price". Phone orders are charged a 20% handling charge.
